Quaint and clean hotel with very very nice staff and lovely views especially at sunset. Extremely comfy bed in the classic queen room, plus central heating, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment. Perfect coffee, yoghourt, pastries, croissants, and jam. Very quiet area, marvellous location, next to main sites, and academia vaporetto stops.

Well priced and good small hotel with the cathedral view. Yoghourt, pastries, croissants, and jam - great breakfast. Exceptional service throughout the property. Attentive staff, comfortable and impeccable location in a beautiful quiet area very close to the Peggy Guggenheim where you could easily walk around the island. Also - short walk to easy to reach from Tronchetto, art galleries and shops and water bus and restaurants.

Came here for 4 days, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and pleasant, it had incredible location short walk to st Marks square and the Punta della Dogana. The rooms were en suite in venetian style, the staff were genuinely nice and fast.
Well, the views were ugly here.
